COLUMBUS (WCMH) — Two years ago, witnesses told police they heard shots outside an east Columbus apartment.

The victim, Keith Marsh, was able to make it inside one of the units before he collapsed on the kitchen floor, where he was pronounced dead a short time later.

The person or persons behind the May 8, 2014, deadly shooting remains at large. Police are asking the public for new information to find the killer.

Police know that Marsh went outside to smoke a cigarette at about 10:44 p.m. near 223 Mayfair Blvd., Apt. A. While outside, Marsh was approached and shot according to witnesses. Officials have not released any suspect information.
