MT. STERLING, OH (WCMH) – A fire north of Mt. Sterling forced the closure of U.S. 62 for several hours overnight.
The fire was first reported around midnight at 14095 U.S. 62 in Pickaway County, near the Madison and Fayette County lines.
According to the Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office, several fire trucks are blocking the road just south of Five Points Pike.
Firefighters told NBC4 the property is a former farm market that has been turned into a storage area.
