It’s 2018 and Kevin McCallister is once again “Home Alone” in a new ad for Google.

Macaulay Culkin, the actor who played Kevin in the 1990 Christmas classic, tweeted the ad on Wednesday.

“#heygoogle Have you ever wondered what Kevin McCallister is like as an adult?” he wrote.

The ad shows Culkin, who is now 38, waking up to an empty house. He then uses Google Assistant to help him get through the day.

Culkin recreates some of the film’s most iconic scenes – including the aftershave scene and the pizza delivery – with a modern twist.

At one point in the ad, he sits down to (finally) eat his “highly nutritious microwavable mac and cheese dinner.” When the burglars’ van shows up outside his house, he tells Google to begin “Operation Kevin” and lets technology handle all the booby-trapping to keep them out.

Naturally, people online loved the ad and the nostalgia that came from watching it.

Some had questions, like why Kevin is still living with his parents and being stalked by criminals. Culkin clarified that “he’s housesitting for Mom.”

He also shared a bit that was cut from the ad where Kevin asks Google if his toothbrush is approved by the American Dental Association.
