GROVE CITY, OH (WCMH) — Early Thursday morning, officers in central Ohio arrested a man they believe may be responsible for a fatal shooting in Grove City Wednesday.
Columbus Police, Columbus SWAT, and Grove City Police all took part in the arrest of Domineek Smith.
Shortly after 11:00 am Wednesday morning, Grove City Police responded to a call for a person who had been shot.
It happened on the 3100 block of Broadway. Police said a man was shot while he was in his car. The victim tried to drive away after he was shot, but crashed into a wall on the grounds of a hotel.
