DETROIT (WDIV) — A video of a clown hanging off the back of a Detroit bus has gone viral. The video shows someone dressed in a clown costume and mask hanging on the the back of the bus as it goes down the street.
A spokesperson for the Detroit Police Department says the video is being investigated by the criminal investigations bureau.
