MULDROWN, OK (WCMH) — When the daughter of an assistant police chief in Oklahoma saw a cat with its head stuck in a can, the chief did his civic duty and rescued the animal.
Now he’s being called a hero.
Tim Keith, the Muldrown Assistant Police Chief, was recently driving his daughter to school when she had him stop his car.
The reason? She saw a cat with its head stuck in a can in someone’s driveway.
Keith got out of the car, walked over to the cat and successfully removed the can from its head.
After getting a quick head scratch, the cat ran away, seemingly OK.
