COCHISE CO., AZ (WCMH)–The Arizona Department of Public Safety released video Friday of a violent crash on I-10 where a driver who was tailgating wrecked her car.
Briana Disaia, 23, was wearing her seat belt and was uninjured, according to the news release.
Disaia was driving westbound on the interstate on Aug. 3 around 11:18 a.m. The car in front of her swerved to avoid a mattress in the left traffic lane. Disaia did not see the mattress in time, and lost control of her vehicle when she swerved to avoid the mattress. Her car struck a truck to her right, and then traveled left into the median where she struck the side of a mountain and then rolled over.
Disaia got herself and her cat out of the vehicle, according to the DPS.
