WATCH: Autistic 8-year-old nails Michael Jackson ‘Thriller’ dance in London

LONDON, UK (WFLA) – An 8-year-old autistic boy entered a webcam challenge, and completely mastered his impression of Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” dance.

William Ryan won the ‘webcam challenge’ in St. Ives, a British coastal city.

In a Facebook comment on the original post, his mom Gemma Ryan wrote, “Three years ago, when William was five he was diagnosed with autism. He struggled to communicate, struggled academically in school and continues to struggle to socialise and make friends, but about 18 months ago his dad introduced him (via YouTube) to the wonders of Michael Jackson and he watched his videos for hours on end and learnt all his routines off by heart.”

We’re happy to report William picked up his hamper of goodies and toy voucher from the Aspects Holidays organization.

The Aspects Holidays organization said, “We had lots of entries, but by far the best was William’s rendition of Thriller”
