DEARBORN, MI (WCMH) — An angry customer went on a rampage after she was denied a refund at a beauty store.

The owner tells WXYZ-TV the customer asked for a cash refund at the Beauty Hair and Wigs store in Dearborn, Michigan. The owner explained they didn’t do cash refunds and offered to exchange the $12 in merchandise.

But the woman, who had a child with her, refused to listen and began her rampage.

“I’m scared. I have been here for 20 years, and never had anything happen like that,” the store owner said.

Surveillance video then shows the woman knocking over jewelry cases and punching at several people before going outside. Once outside, she fought off security before knocking a 69-year-old woman to the ground.

Police tell WXYZ-TV they’ve made contact with the angry customer and have reviewed the surveillance video. There’s no word on what charges she may face.
