COLUMBUS (WCMH) — Interstate 70 east is open again after an earlier semi crash closed several ramps at the west side split.
Crews had the ramps from I-71 north to I-70 east, and from State Route 315 south to I-70 east closed for about three hours Sunday while a semi truck was on its side.
