BELLEVUE, OH (WCMH) – A woman accused of assaulting a McDonald’s employee over slow service is now in prison.

Mary Jordan is one of three women accused of assaulting a Bellevue McDonald’s employee in a parking lot. Police said the assault happened because the employee was working too slowly while dealing with the woman and their family and friends.

Last month, Jordan was sentenced to seven months in prison for a probation violation from a 2013 forgery case. The probation violation was reported just days after the alleged McDonald’s assault. Assault and child endangering charges are still pending against Jordan and 29-year-old Ashley England due to the alleged assault.

A third person, Sammie Whaley, 31, pleaded no contest to assault charges back in June, according to the Fremont News Messenger. She was fined $100 and sentenced to a year of probation.

Ashley England, Mary Jordan and Sammie Whaley were identified through the use of security video.

The child endangerment charges are due to the fact their children were present and participated in the attack, according to police.
