COLUMBUS (WCMH) — The Franklin County Board of Elections Monday released the sample ballots for the May 7, 2019 special/primary election.

The last day to register to vote in the May 7 election is April 8, 2019. You can register online; you’ll need the following:
– Ohio driver’s license or Ohio identification card number
– Name
– Date of Birth
– Address
– Last four digits of your Social Security number
