GREEN BAY, Wis. (WCMH) — The second night of the NFL Draft has come and gone with three more Ohio State players selected.
Fans returned to Lambeau Field Friday night for rounds two and three which saw more surprises and dreams come true. After four Buckeyes players were taken in the first round on Thursday, three more Ohio State players from the national championship team were selected on Friday.
The first Buckeye player taken on day two was running back Quinshon Judkins, who will stay in Ohio with the Cleveland Browns. His running back partner TreVeyon Henderson was taken two picks later by the New England Patriots. Defensive end JT Tuimoloau was also among the early picks of the second round, taken with the 45th overall selection by the Indianapolis Colts, increasing the total Buckeyes taken to seven.
2025 NFL Draft day two
No Buckeyes were taken in the third round which leaves eight available to be selected on Saturday. The likes of Will Howard, Denzel Burke, and Jack Sawyer are still on the board for the final four rounds, which begins at noon.
The story of the draft remains the slide of Sheduer Sanders, who was not taken on Friday either. Three more quarterback were selected on Friday above Sanders, among them being Oregon’s Dillon Gabriel to the Cleveland Browns in the third round.
