(WCMH) — The Big Ten conference announced on Friday that all-session tickets for the 2024 edition of the women’s basketball tournament are sold out, marking the first sellout in the history of the event.

The women’s Big Ten tournament is scheduled to take place at the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minn. from March 6-10. The league says over 109,000 fans are expected to attend the five-day tournament.

The Ohio State women’s basketball team is currently in position to earn the top overall seed in the Big Ten tournament. The Buckeyes have a 14-1 league record after Thursday night’s win on the road over Penn State and are currently riding a 13-game win streak.

OSU will host Maryland at 2 p.m. on Sunday at the Schottenstein Center.
