INDIANAPOLIS (WCMH) — Just two days after the Kansas City Chiefs won Super Bowl LVIII in overtime over the San Francisco 49ers, NFL fans are already gearing up for the next major event.
The 2024 NFL Draft is a little over two months away and eight former Ohio State Buckeyes players have been invited to the upcoming scouting combine. The combine will take place from Feb. 26 to Mar. 4 at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.
Headlining the Buckeyes going to Indianpolis is receiver Marvin Harrison Jr., who fans and experts agree will be a top-five pick. The son of NFL hall of famer Marvin Harrison is fresh off two explosive seasons in Columbus where he finished fourth in the Heisman Trophy voting in 2023.
Harrison is one four offensive players that represented Ohio State going to the combine with the other four on the defensive side of the ball. While Harrison’s draft projection in the top-five looks solidified, the other former Buckeyes’ draft positions are more of a mystery.
