DUBLIN, Ohio (WCMH) — Organizers for the Memorial Tournament are revealing more names that will be part of the 2025 event, including more champion golfers and superstar athletes that will feature in the pro-am.

Wednesday’s Pro-Am at Muirfield Village, which begins at 7 a.m., will feature multiple players set to compete in the event and plenty of notable athletes and celebrities. Among them is four-time NBA champion and Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry, who return to play in Dublin for the second time in three years.

Curry will also be joined for the Memorial pro-am field by Hall of Fame quarterback Peyton Manning, who played last year with Hollywood actor Chris Pratt, retired NFL wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald, former LPGA star Michelle Wie West, and GRAMMY-nominated singer Noah Kahan.

Eight children have been invited as part of the Golden Cubs program to be part of the pro-am and meet the golfers and celebrities playing as VIPs. Golden Cubs is “designed to honor and celebrate courageous youth dealing with challenging circumstantial, physical, mental and medical conditions.”

The same Thursday announcement also included the addition of five golfers to the Memorial field with the first round teeing off on Thursday. 2023 champion Viktor Hovland, three-time major winner Jordan Spieth, Swedish rising star Ludvig Aberg, and veterans Rickie Fowler and Tony Finau will join the field.

Defending champion Scottie Scheffler will be back at Muirfield Village this week fresh off winning his third major at the PGA Championship.
