DUBLIN, Ohio (WCMH) — The 50th edition of the Memorial Tournament at Muirfield Village in Dublin, Ohio is fast approaching and the field is starting to fill out with major champions.

Five more golfers have been added to the field for the signature PGA Tour event, which tees off on May 29. Among those are four major champions and only one of those is fresh off winning half of the PGA Tour majors in 2024.

American Xander Schauffele will play at the Memorial this year after winning the PGA Championship and Open Championship last year, making him the first men’s golfer since 2018 to win two majors in one calendar year. The 2021 Olympic gold medalist is coming off his best finish at the Memorial last year when he tied eighth.

Two-time major winner Collin Morikawa will play his sixth straight Memorial in 2025. The 28-year-old from Los Angeles nearly won in Dublin twice with a playoff loss in 2021 to Patrick Cantlay and losing by one-shot last year to Scottie Scheffler.

British golfer Justin Rose will look to win his second Memorial Tournament and first since 2010, which was his inaugural PGA Tour victory. Rose won the U.S. Open back in 2013 and claimed Olympic gold in Rio de Janeiro in 2016.

Australian Adam Scott will also be in Dublin in 2025 as he seeks his first PGA Tour win since 2020. The 44-year-old has played at 15 previous Memorials and has one major win under his belt at the 2013 Masters Tournament in Augusta, Georgia.

Also joining the field is Sepp Straka. The Austrian has won twice on tour this season with a victory at The American Express in January and winning the Truist Championship in Philadelphia last weekend.

The Memorial Tournament will be played at Murifield Village Golf Club in Dublin with events starting on May 26 all the way to the final round on June 1. For more information and to purchase tickets, click here or call the Tournament Ticket Office at 877-682-2343 (877-MT-BADGE).
